Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 153-bed facility located on the grounds of Central Vermont Medical Center, ensuring easy access to emergency care, diagnostic testing, hospitalization, and medical specialties when needed.
Woodridge is a beautiful building designed for comfort and security, with numerous windows providing natural light and vistas of the mountains, the neighboring woods, and the lovely, secure outdoor courtyard.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for:
Direct and indirect professional nursing care to patients, serves as patient advocate, and provides teaching, counseling and emotional comfort to patients and family members.
Direct care to assigned patients in conformance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician orders, and approved plan of care.
Indirect nursing functions and activities of assigned nursing personnel.
Functioning within limits of Vermont Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and hospital and nursing department policies and procedures.
Supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of nursing department.
Nursing process will be utilized in the provision of patient care.
MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
We are accepting applicants for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem nurses and for all shifts!
Our shifts are typically 12 hour shifts - from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m or from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Current RN license to practice professional nursing in the State of Vermont is required.
EXPERIENCE
One year of experience to be proficient in all phases of assigned duties.
SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!
Sign-on bonus is available with 2 year commitment - up to $10,000! Must have at least one year of experience.
Relocation Assistance up to $6,000 is also available when qualified.
Payments are pro-rated for part time employment.
