Our team works within the CVMC primary care practices around central Vermont, as well as Women's Health.

At Central Vermont Medical Center we offer diabetes education through our Integrated Care Management team.

Nutrition Education and Counseling

Our Nutrition Education and Counseling Program includes one-on-one nutrition education and counseling, for adults and children, for many conditions.

Dietitians, available through our Community Health Team, provide quality and confidential nutrition counseling and education tailored to your specific needs. We work with you to develop realistic lifestyle goals to best improve or maintain your health.
