Dr. Thoms joins CVMC after completing his fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He previously received a Ph.D. in Clinical Medical Research and an MBBS from the Imperial College of London. His medical interests include inflammatory arthritis and quality of care initiatives to improve health care systems. Dr. Thoms was born in Quebec and has adored Vermont since childhood, when he would visit family in the region. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors.
