Berlin, VT – Nurse Practitioner Robin Frantz recently joined University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center Integrative Family Medicine - Montpelier. The practice specializes in family medicine, using both conventional and alternative therapies for children and adults.
Frantz, MSN, ANP-C, is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. and her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Stony Brook University School of Nursing in Stony Brook, N.Y. She worked as a registered nurse at the University of Vermont Medical Center for seven years and most recently as a nurse practitioner at Addison Family Medicine in Middlebury, Vt.
“I believe in a collaborative and holistic approach to providing care for my patients,” said Frantz. “I aim to create a partnership where the patient and provider can engage in a supportive, safe environment to identify and attain realistic and beneficial health goals.”
Frantz grew up in Plattsburg and spent several years in the Virgin Islands crewing on sailboats before moving back to New England. In her spare time she enjoys travel, yoga and spending time with her partner, Zachary, and their eight-month-old twins, Jorah and Sullivan.
