On November 6, 2021 CVMC transitioned our hospital patient portal to MyChart, completing the second and final phase of creating ONE patient portal to more connected, convenient, and secure health care

Since 2019, CVMC’s patients have used MyChart, the UVM Health Network’s patient portal, to view their medical information, test results, and request prescription renewals and appointments with their health care team.

What Changed on Nov. 6?

  • CVMC patients with MyChart began seeing more detailed information on inpatient hospital stays, emergency department visits, and outpatient rehabilitation therapy appointments.
  • CVMC’s legacy hospital patient portal became unavailable to view medical records or appointments.
