Carter graduated from Cleveland State University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012. He spent 5 years working at a large medical center in Syracuse, NY prior to returning home to Vermont to join the CVMC rehab team. He is passionate about research and enjoys being involved with physical therapy clinical education. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, waterskiing, volleyball, and watching any of his favorite Ohio sports teams.
