Matt Sullivan, MD grew up in Roxbury, attending Northfield High. He graduated from Dartmouth College as an English major, doing documentary filmmaking in South and Central America before heeding the call to medicine. He graduated from UVM College of Medicine and went to Seattle for residency in family medicine. He then worked at a family medicine clinic, treating children, adults and geriatric patients from a diversity of backgrounds.

Dr. Sullivan moved back to Northfield with his wife Nancy to join his father at Green Mountain Family Practice. He enjoys the challenges and relationships that develop when treating patients of all ages, having a special affinity for pediatrics, men's health, sports medicine and global health. He is looking forward to both practicing and living in his hometown.
