H. James Wallace, MD is the leader of the Radiation Oncology Health Care Service at the University of Vermont Medical Center and an Associate Professor in the Division of Radiation Oncology at the University of Vermont. He is a member of the multidisciplinary genitourinary team and has additional interests in treatment of lymphoma and pediatric malignancies.
Dr. Wallace is the University of Vermont Cancer Center’s Principle Investigator for the National Research Group (NRG), a multi-institutional cooperative research organization. In addition to taking part in multiple national clinical trials he has a research interest in using ultrasound to localize the prostate gland prior to and during radiation treatment delivery.
Dr. Wallace enjoys working with the teams of healthcare professionals both at the National Life Cancer Treatment Center and the University of Vermont Medical Center. The staffs at both institutions take the time to make very technology-driven care very personal and caring.
